• 14 years of experience in the mental health field
• 11 years in private practice
• Certification in Brainspotting
• Training in Somatic Experiencing (Intermediate Level)
• Training in Somatic and Attached Focused EMDR
• Training in Existential-Integrative Therapy
• Training in DBT 
• Deep understanding of trauma and attachment
• Comprehensive knowledge about healing from a mind-body-soul perspective
• I meet all CRPO requirements for a clinical supervisor

My supervision style emphasizes the therapists own mind-body-soul in the therapeutic process, helping therapists deepen their clinical work and enhance their own well-being as they navigate the complexities of supporting their clients.  I aim to foster growth and confidence through a collaborative, insightful, and integrative lens. 

I am especially passionate about working with therapists who identify as Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs), empaths, and intuitives. My aim is to support you in embracing your unique gifts in your professional life. 

In addition to clinical supervision, I also offer practical business guidance to help therapists navigate the complexities of running a private practice. Having built my own successful practice I understand the unique challenges that come with managing the business side of therapy. My goal is to empower you not only as a clinician but also as a confident, successful business owner.
