Additional Information

Individual Psychotherapy & Counselling

I offer individual psychotherapy for adults (16+), couples counselling and online counselling.

All psychotherapy & counselling appointments are 50-minutes.

Complimentary phone consultations are 20-minutes.

To begin, I generally recommend weekly sessions for 4-6 weeks so that we can establish our working relationship. The therapeutic relationship is the most important part of counselling and will be an essential base for our work together. After the initial 4-6 weeks, session frequency can be adjusted according to your needs.
