8-Week Therapy Skills Group: Nervous System Regulation

Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, stuck in stress, or disconnected from your body? Kate's 8-week therapy skills group, Nervous System Regulation, is designed to empower you with the tools and knowledge to understand, support, and strengthen your nervous system.


Each week we will focus on a theme of nervous system education, and we will learn and practice body-based skills for regulating and healing the nervous system. There will be a short opportunity each week to share your experiences of using the nervous system regulation techniques, however since this is a skills group we won't be discussing participants personal challenges or histories. 


Over the course of 8 weeks, you’ll gain:


  • Essential Nervous System Education: Learn how your nervous system functions, how it responds to stress, and how to work with it instead of against it.


  • Somatic Exercises: Practice easy and effective body-based techniques that help increase your nervous system's capacity to handle stress and improve resilience.


  • Navigational Skills: Develop strategies for maintaining nervous system health in your day-to-day life, allowing you to move through challenges with greater ease and balance.


This group is ideal for anyone looking to cultivate calm, reconnect with their body, and build skills for lifelong emotional and physical well-being, especially if you are struggling with: chronic stress, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, burnout, compassion fatigue, childhood trauma, trauma, PTSD, fibromyalgia, and chronic pain.


 Join Kate for a supportive and experiential journey into nervous system regulation, and take a step towards greater health, resilience, and self-connection.

  • Cost: $50/week, *Please contact your insurance provider to confirm your coverage for group therapy with a Registered Psychotherapist*
  • Who It’s For: Adults looking to better manage stress, build emotional resilience, and enhance their overall well-being. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: A free 10-minute phone consultation is required to register.
