Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, stuck in stress, or disconnected from your body? Kate's 8-week therapy skills group, Nervous System Regulation, is designed to empower you with the tools and knowledge to understand, support, and strengthen your nervous system.
Each week we will focus on a theme of nervous system education, and we will learn and practice body-based skills for regulating and healing the nervous system. There will be a short opportunity each week to share your experiences of using the nervous system regulation techniques, however since this is a skills group we won't be discussing participants personal challenges or histories.

This group is ideal for anyone looking to cultivate calm, reconnect with their body, and build skills for lifelong emotional and physical well-being, especially if you are struggling with: chronic stress, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, burnout, compassion fatigue, childhood trauma, trauma, PTSD, fibromyalgia, and chronic pain.
