I offer a grounded, compassionate presence and a trauma-informed approach to help you make sense of what you're feeling and begin to move toward healing.
Whether you're struggling in your relationships, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or coping with the weight of past experiences, I work collaboratively with you to support meaningful change.
I integrate talk therapy with body-based approaches, including Brainspotting, to help you connect with your inner resources and build resilience from the inside out. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels safe and empowering, supporting your mind and body as you move forward.
I bring a solid foundation in trauma-informed care, grief support, and crisis intervention. Prior to entering the field of psychotherapy, I gained valuable experience supporting individuals through grief, trauma, and crisis in a variety of settings.
My experience includes facilitating peer support groups for individuals navigating bereavement, offering empathetic listening through mental health support lines, and contributing to the development of educational resources related to grief and trauma. These diverse experiences have shaped my practice and continue to inform my trauma-sensitive approach to care.
In my therapeutic work, I aim to honour the uniqueness of each client’s story and emotional world, while supporting connection to the body as a source of wisdom and healing. I strive to foster a space where clients can explore their experiences with curiosity and care, and reconnect with their inherent strengths.
